Privacy Policy
Signoid · Version 1.0 · Effective 4 October 2026
In short: Signoid collects no personal data. It has no account, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and it makes no network connections of its own. Your progress and your settings stay on your device.
1. Controller and contact
This policy describes how personal data is handled in Signoid, a game for iPhone, iPad and Mac (the “Game”).
The Game is published by Yusuf Murad Disli, sole proprietor, trading as SlipperySign:
Rucholzstrasse 64103 Bottmingen
Switzerland
For privacy enquiries, including requests to exercise the rights set out in section 9, contact privacy@slipperysign.com.
SlipperySign is established in Switzerland and subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. The European Commission has determined that Switzerland provides an adequate level of protection for personal data.
2. Scope
This policy covers the Game as distributed through Apple’s App Store, and this website, signoid.slipperysign.com. It does not cover the App Store itself, or your Apple Account, which are governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.
3. What Signoid collects
Nothing. The Game does not ask for, collect or transmit personal data. It has no account and no sign-in; it contains no advertising, no analytics and no third-party code that tracks you; and it makes no network connections of its own. SlipperySign therefore receives no personal data through the Game, and relies on no legal basis for processing it.
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Like any website, it is delivered by a host that processes request data such as your IP address transiently in order to serve and secure the pages; see section 7.
4. What stays on your device
To let you carry on where you left off, the Game keeps two kinds of information in its own storage on your device:
| What | Examples |
|---|---|
| Your progress | The rooms you have cleared, their stars and best runs, your lives, time played, your best multiplier, which tips you have already seen, the paddle finish you chose, and whether the full game has been bought. |
| Your settings | Music and sound levels, the music style, steering speed, haptics, reduce motion, reduce effects, battery saver. |
This information is not sent to SlipperySign or to anyone else by the Game. It may be included in backups of your device (for example iCloud Backup, or a backup to your computer), under your device settings and Apple’s terms.
5. Apple and the App Store
Downloads, and any purchases, are made through the App Store and handled by Apple. SlipperySign receives no payment details. Apple provides developers with aggregated reports of downloads and sales.
The full game is an in-app purchase. To know whether you have bought it, the Game asks Apple’s StoreKit on your device; buying and restoring go through Apple, under your Apple Account. The answer stays on your device.
If you have chosen, in your device’s settings, to share analytics with app developers, Apple may also make crash reports and aggregated usage statistics for the Game available to SlipperySign, in a form that does not identify you. SlipperySign uses them only to find and fix faults. You can change this choice at any time in your device’s privacy settings.
6. Children
The Game is made for players of all ages. Because it collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children.
7. Sub-processors and transfers
The Game uses no sub-processors: no personal data leaves your device through it.
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes request data transiently to deliver and secure the pages. No personal data is transferred by SlipperySign to any other party.
8. Retention and deletion
Your progress and settings remain on your device until you remove them. In the Game, Options › Reset progress erases your progress (your settings stay); deleting the Game from your device removes both.
9. Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where it applies, the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, its portability, and to object to its processing. SlipperySign holds no personal data about you from the Game, but you are welcome to write to privacy@slipperysign.com with any question. We respond within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, or in the EEA the authority for your place of residence or work.
10. Changes to this policy
If a future version of the Game adds a feature that handles personal data (for example online leaderboards or syncing your progress between devices), this policy will be updated before that version is released. Each version of this policy carries a version number and an effective date, shown at the top of this page.
